Co-Labs by journey (CLJ) is the first commercial lab incubator in Cambridge city centre. The mission of the facility is to support Cambridge’s innovation ecosystem with labs that cater to the specific needs of start-ups. Our current customers come from across the scientific spectrum, including agri-tech, biotech (such as cancer therapeutics and microfluidics), battery technology and biomaterials.

We are looking for a Lab Operations and Events Lead to play a key role in managing and developing our thriving startup-focussed lab incubator. This role is ideal for someone with a strong scientific background, experience in lab operations and health & safety (H&S), and a passion for building an engaged startup community.
