The journey so far
journey was founded in 2020 to identify real estate opportunities where there is strong growth in innovation and enterprise.
To date, the platform has focused on assembling a collection of properties in Oxford and Cambridge. Most of our assets require repurposing and will be re-imagined through the next decade with major investment.
Over the coming years, and as new assets come online, we will be able to develop a community of customers spanning a portfolio that caters for work, live, play and stay. We’re committed to bringing forward projects where there is an acute need and our goal over time is to create a unique brand that’s identified with the wider agenda to drive economic growth.

We have a particular focus on the early-stage community. This growing cohort of new companies find accessing the right space and equipment a challenge. Our goal is to bring forward a variety of spaces in central locations that facilitate the seed to growth journey.
