Our lab spaces are located in key central Cambridge locations, including Co-Labs by journey on Huntington Road, The Fitzroy in the city centre and No.5 Journey Campus near the University of Cambridge and West Cambridge Campus. Each location offers fully fitted labs and flexible workspaces designed to support innovation and business growth.

All labs and offices come fully fitted and furnished, so you can move in and get to work straight away — no costly fit-outs required. Most of our spaces are also pre-connected, eliminating the need for wayleave agreements.

Our all-inclusive rent covers fully fitted lab and office spaces, access to shared facilities, meeting rooms, and conference spaces. We also provide networking opportunities and access to our professional network through local partnerships and exclusive events. With move-in-ready spaces, you can start working immediately, without the hassle of additional setup.

We know that start-ups and growing businesses need room to adapt, so we offer a minimum lease term of just one year to give you the flexibility to scale without long-term commitments. With journey, you can move in within two weeks of signing your lease—far quicker than a self-fitted lab, where lease negotiations alone can take 8-12 weeks, followed by a three-month fit-out. We respond to enquiries within 24 hours, provide space details immediately, and issue leases quickly, so you can get to work without unnecessary delays.
